As the Managing Partner, Rod establishes the company’s vision while leading the team in the planning and execution of the development projects. He has 20 years of experience in project planning, design, real estate finance. Over the last 5 years, he has developed or financed over $100 million of commercial real estate deals. Alternatively, he is the master developer of the Pad on Harvard, a four-phase multifamily development. Initially, he received his undergraduate degree from Savannah State University and subsequently, completed the Harvard Graduate School of Design Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate.
Moreover, Rod has served in various capacities in the area of Transit Oriented development (TOD). He serves on the City of Atlanta Department of Planning and Community Development Office of Buildings Technical Advisory Committee and the Urban Land Institute (ULI) National TOD Product Council. In addition to this involvement, Mullice is a frequent speaker at Transit and Aerotropolis Real Estate focused conferences including Urban Land Institue (ULI), Bisnow, and Rail – Volution, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Real Estate Group of Atlanta (REGA).
Currently, he is serves on the Board Directors of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR). He is also a board member of the Aerotropolis Atlanta Alliance. Previously, he has served as the chairman of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors mentoring committees. In all, Mullice serves on numerous steering committees that advise on the land use policies in the communities that he has worked in and continues to strive in building a community of connected lifestyles.
